St Patrick’s Week
4. St. Patrick’s Week Trivia Nights
In my last article I told I intend bringing to you the magic of Artificial Intelligence during 2025. I promised this would help you work smarter not harder. I mentioned I use ChatGPT every day. It is my personal assistant, my educator and my business planner. I access ChatGPT by clicking on this link: https://chatgpt. com/ and immediately land on a page that simply asks, “What can I help you with?”

Today I asked for help with St Patrick’s Day promotion on Monday March 17. But I put a ‘twist’ in my request.
6. Green Beer and Irish-Themed Cocktails
I asked ChatGPT for help in extending it from a one- day promotion to a seven day promotion and calling it St Patrick’s Week and asked for Chat GPT to create an image to ‘lead the way’. (See image on this page). I asked for 10 ideas from ChatGPT. These were the suggesstions.

Feature a dedicated Irish menu with dishes like beef and Guinness pie, Irish stew, colcannon, and soda bread. Pair these with Irish whisky, stout, or themed cocktails like “Emerald Mojitos.”
9. Guinness Pouring Competition
Challenge guests to pour the perfect pint of Guinness. Offer training beforehand, and judge pours on technique and presentation. The winner gets a prize or bragging rights!
2. Irish Whiskey and Beer Tastings
Host a guided tasting event, highlighting Irish whiskys like Jameson or Bushmills, and classic Irish beers such as Guinness or Kilkenny. Offer tasting flights or pair them with small Irish bites.
10. St. Patrick’s Week Brunch
End the celebration with a themed Irish brunch featuring dishes like Irish coffee pancakes, boxty (Irish potato pancakes), or a full Irish breakfast. Pair with mimosas or Irish coffee.
3. Live Irish Music Nights
Bring in local bands or solo artists to perform traditional Irish music or modern Irish-inspired tunes. Encourage dancing and create an electric atmosphere.
