MSCA lead by the Secretary Ms Azura Ali and Dr Mazlan Abbas (head of Program & Publication) had courtesy visit to Majlis Perbandaran Klang meet up with Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Klang, YBrs. TPr. Puan Hajah Noraini binti Roslan. MSCA and YDP had a productive conversation on potential area of collaboration on smart city initiatives, MPKlang agreed to become MSCA Associate Members. MSCA-MPKlangwill leverage this opportunities to look on co- creation of programs/ initiatives under National Smart Cities Agenda .

As a strong supporter of sustainability initiatives and programmes, MSCA was proud to serve as the Strategic Partner for the Johor Smart City Forum (JSCF) held from 12 to 14 June 2023 at Persada International Convention Johor Baharu. The JSCF2023 was rganised by PLANMalaysia@Johor, aimed to promote the development of human-centric smart cities through urban management, solutions, and technological advancements. JSCF aligns with the aspirations and vision of Johor Maju 2030, making it the first national-level event in Johor.
