Regenerative Sport Spine and Spa - August 2019

WE BELIEVE IN THE HEALING POWER OF STEM CELLS The human body is a fine example of the incredible power and ingenuity of nature, especially when it comes to stem cells. At Regenerative Sport Spine and Spa, Dr. Pallavi Cherukupally (or Doc, as we like to call her) believes surgery is only one answer to most orthopedic problems and a better one may lie in tapping the human body’s amazing healing and regenerative resources, namely mesenchymal stem cells.

“I had a stem cell spine treatment just recently, and I am so glad I did. The procedure was very simple. In fact, I think it’s far easier than going to the dentist! The first day following my injections, I wasn’t

We’ve seen thousands of patients return to their normal lives feeling completely pain-free after coming in for injections. But you don’t have to just take our word for it! Check out these two patients stories! “I went down to see Doc and her team approximately two and a half months ago. I had stem cell injections in a two of my lower discs, one in the middle of my back, and some in my joints. So far I feel like it has done me well! Doc informed me that it would take five to six months to experience the full effect. But only after two and a half months, I already feel more limber, and my lower back doesn’t hurt anymore. I would highly recommend them!”

really any sorer than I normally am with my regular back pain. Since then, I have felt less pain each day. Now, just a week later, there’s no soreness at all! I am excited to feel the final results once all the cells have done their natural healing thing!”

Since we’ve given you lots of material to read already, why don’t you take a quick break? But don’t just sit there. Use this break as an opportunity to stretch your wrists. In our technology-driven world, we spend a lot of time typing in front of the computer, which can cause a surprising amount of problems for our wrists. To maintain their flexibility, try this wrist stretch at home. 1. Sit down at a table and rest your elbow and arm on the table, letting your wrist hang over the side, palm facing up. 2. Start with your hand in a straight, neutral position, and then bend your hand toward you so your fingers point up toward the ceiling for 5 seconds. 3. Bend your hand away from you so your fingers point down toward the floor for 5 seconds. 4. Return your wrist to a straight, neutral position. 5. Repeat up to 10 times. TAKE A BREAK FROM READING ... AND STRETCH OUT YOUR WRISTS
