Rochester Catholic Schools welcomes Mrs. Jennifer Teske, CFRE, CNP , as Director of Institutional Advancement. Teske brings over 25 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit leadership and mission- driven advancement. In her role, she will spearhead strategic fundraising and donor engagement to ensure the long-term vitality of Rochester Catholic Schools.
Marco Technologies names Amy Jahraus Director of IT Business Operations. A driving force since 2009, Amy leads teams in IT service delivery, systems analysis, application administration, and IT operations, optimizing processes and aligning client experience with employee enablement to drive execution, efficiency, and consistently deliver high-impact results.
Kirk Rubado joins Schmidt Goodman, a well-respected local business that has served Rochester and the surrounding region for over 50 years. As an Account Manager covering Southeastern Minnesota and Northern Iowa, Kirk brings many years of experience and a proven sales record. His background and relationship-focused approach will help strengthen connections and support local businesses throughout the region.

Wings Credit Union and Ent Credit Union have merged to better serve members, creating a cooperative that will serve nearly 1 million people. Operating under the Wings name, the organization will keep the same friendly faces in service centers and maintain dual headquarters in Minnesota and Colorado, combining local care with expanded resources. Allegra owner Bob Hopkins announced the acquisition of Texteijl Branding of Elgin, MN. Texteijl owner David van Eijl joins Allegra’s Rochester team as senior consultant. Allegra offers print, mail, design, and sign services, and with Texteijl’s expertise in screen printing and embroidery, Allegra becomes one of Southeast Minnesota’s largest branded apparel providers.
Honkamp Payroll LLC , Dubuque, Iowa, acquired Smart-HR of Rochester, Minnesota, effective Oct. 1, 2025. Clients gain expanded payroll, HR and benefit services, plus a larger support team, with Smart-HR staff, including owners Josh Haynes and Joel Goodew, continuing to serve Rochester and the Midwest.
