energy projects
Tandem Engineering Group and Aeroseal Arabia Announce a Strategic Partnership
Tandem Engineering Group and Aeroseal Arabia have entered into a strategic partnership to tackle a key challenge in the built envi - ronment: the persistent gap between predicted energy performance and real-world operational energy use.
Even with advanced design tools and increasingly sophisticated energy models, many buildings still consume far more energy than expected once they are occupied and operating. This performance gap is often caused by unverified assumptions, hidden energy-loss pathways, and limited performance validation during construction, commissioning, and early operation. Through this partnership, Tandem Engineering Group and Aeroseal Arabia will establish a design-to-energy-performance workflow that ensures energy efficiency is not only designed into buildings—but also measured, verified, and sustained throughout the full lifecycle of the facility.
