Top Essential Criteria • Proven successful experience of Facilities Management at a senior level including development and implementation of estate management strategies and operational policies and procedures • Experience of leading and motivating a multi- disciplinary internal team and outsourced providers • Experience of managing complex capital and maintenance projects Further Essential Criteria • Ability to manage a complex network of stakeholders through strong inter-personal skills to deliver outcomes that satisfy demanding expectations • Experience of managing electrical and mechanical services • Experience of developing and leading Health & Safety strategy • Experience of producing and managing budgets and forecasts • Experience of effective energy management • Experience of developing and/or administering legal agreements relating to property and to energy strategy • Experience of trouble-shooting problems in an environment where operational recovery is critical to the business model • Experience of leading Facilities Management through a major period of organisational change and transformation with excellent communication skills, diplomacy and ability to influence at all levels.
