Annual Pay Review To ensure our employees feel valued and that their voices are heard, we conduct bi-annual appraisals in Sep/Oct and Mar/Apr, leading up to a company-wide annual pay review applied in June every year. Pay reviews are primarily performance-based, along with consideration to inflation, company financial performance and staff role progression.

The area offers lakes, woodlands, walking routes, open spaces, and local wildlife. Nearby amenities include popular stores like M&S, Tesco, Lidl, and Co-op, along with the convenience of Whiteley Shopping Centre, cinemas, pubs, restaurants, and in our opinion, some of the best sandwich shops in the world within a few minutes' walk—Trenchers, FreshToDesk, Subway, and NaafiCafe.
