Monthly Pitstop Our monthly company meetings offer a casual yet informative peek into all things LendingMetrics. Get the latest company news, department, client and product updates, ask challenging questions, mingle with colleagues, and enjoy a delicious lunch – all on us! These meetings also serve as the stage for the announcement of our ‘Employee of the Month,’ voted for by their colleagues. The worthy winner not only earns the all important trophy but also receives a prize as a thank you.
LendingMetrics Get Social Staff events are a big part of the culture here at LendingMetrics. They are a great way for staff to unwind and build relationships with colleagues outside of the workplace. We organise a range of socials throughout the year, from drinks and dancing to kayaking and go-karting!

Flexible Monthly Training Hours
Annual Pay Review To ensure our employees feel valued and that their voices are heard, we conduct bi-annual appraisals in Sep/Oct and Mar/Apr, leading up to a company-wide annual pay review applied in June every year. Pay reviews are primarily performance-based, along with consideration to inflation, company financial performance and staff role progression.
