Each year, employees are evaluated based on their role and job description. The annual performance review process includes a self-assessment and incorporates feedback, achievements, progress toward goals, and areas for improvement. Frenchman’s Creek uses the following performance ratings to assess performance: COMPLETE YOUR SELF-EVALUATION IN ADP BY JANUARY 31, 2026

TIPS Tip #1: Complete your self-assessment timely Reflect on your contributions from the beginning of the year or discussions held with your Manager/Supervisor about your performance. Be honest and balanced with your self-assessment; acknowledge your strengths and specific achievements but also identify areas where you can improve. Proofread your self-assessment before submitting it to your Manager/Supervisor. Tip #2: Be prepared for your performance review ·Be prepared to accept constructive criticism and discuss ways to improve. Approach the review as an opportunity for growth. ·It’s also great opportunity to discuss your future goals and personal development plans. DO: Enter Through Receiving •All employees must enter the Clubhouse through Receiving •Receiving doors are located next to The Hub (Employee Dining) •All other entrances are members only at all times DO: Use Designated Employee Restrooms •Employee restrooms are located in The Hub locker rooms •Shared gender-neutral restroom available near Accounting & Marketing •For quick stops only • Restroom across from the Executive Office is members only DO: Dress Professionally •Business Professional attire required if not in uniform •Name tags are required for all staff at all times

DO NOT: Park Near the Clubhouse •Staff must park in the 10 North Parking Lot •North of the Pavilion •Behind the former Golf Shop trailer •If full, leave your car with Valet •No parking in: •West Lot (POA side) •East Lot (Loading Dock side)

DO NOT: Eat in Clubhouse Offices •Food odors travel into member areas

SERVICE STANDARD #8 PROTECT THE ASSETS Everyone is responsible for protecting the assets of Frenchman’s Creek. Assets encompass not only the physical building, furniture and fixtures, etc., but also the organizational financial health. ... exterior doors should remain closed unless actively being used for entry or exit. This small action has a major impact on comfort, energy use, and long-term maintenance of our facilities.
