SEMEN INTEREST & POSSESSION Hawk Angus Farms will retain 1/3 semen interest in all bulls selling in this sale unless otherwise noted. Full possession and full salvage value sells on all bulls unless otherwise identified prior to the sale. TRUCKING AND DELIVERY Free Delivery – Free delivery on all bulls within 250 miles of Hawk Angus Farms. Trucking and delivery arrangements to be made within one week of the sale date. HAULING DISCOUNT Any buyer of any bull will receive a $100 discount off each lot they take home the day of the sale. HERD HEALTH All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for shipment and have had a complete vaccination program. All bulls have passed a semen test and breeding soundness exam. All herd health is under the practice of Dr. Jason Wooderson. GUARANTEE The sale offering is guaranteed to be fertile and reproductively sound in accordance with the terms and conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association. This guarantee does not cover injury or death. In the event of a problem, the buyer is responsible to return the animal to Hawk Angus Farms and if it does not respond as a satisfactory breeder, will have the option to select a suitable replacement, if available, or take a sale credit.
