The Journey of The Blake House: Honoring a Legacy of Love and Faith
Navigating Transformation: The Class Phases at The Blake House
T he journey towards recovery and renewal at The Blake House is a structured process that un- folds through distinct class phases, each playing a crucial role in guiding individuals towards healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Orientation marks the commencement of the program, offering an introductory phase where individuals acclimate to the structure and guidelines of the program. Here, men confront the harsh realities of damage done to relationships while experiencing the love and acceptance of Jesus, initiating the process of building a personal relationship with Christ that serves as a foundation for the journey ahead. Moving into the Preparation phase, individuals embark on a journey of reconciliation and self-dis- covery, focusing on reconnecting with family during visitation. This phase involves delving deeper into key concepts and engaging in self-reflective assignments that illuminate defense mechanisms, unhealthy coping strategies, and belief systems. Through introspection and exploration, individuals gain insights into their past experiences, laying the groundwork for healing and growth as they prog- ress along their recovery path. The Inner Healing phase represents a pivotal stage in the program, highlighting the significance of inviting Christ to heal the deepest areas of the inner self. During this phase, men apply the truths of the gospel to the areas of their hearts that may have been closed off or wounded, allowing for profound moments of healing and restoration. Through the Inner Healing curriculum and personal encounters with Christ, individuals experience moments that facilitate the healing of wounded areas within their hearts, promoting emotional well-being and inner peace.

Here, men set goals, envision their future, and prepare for the next steps in their journey, all while learning about their identity in Christ and understanding His true purpose for their lives. By grounding individ- uals in their identity and purpose, the Identi- ty phase sets the stage for sustained growth, resilience, and empowerment as individuals transition towards a future filled with hope, purpose, and a renewed sense of direction.

T he program structure at The Blake House is meticulously crafted to facilitate a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation for individuals seeking renewal and growth. From the very onset, men are immersed in an exploration of their understanding of God, initiating a personal relationship with Christ through daily classes and morning journaling sessions. This foundational connection with God serves as a cornerstone for the process ahead, providing individuals with a spiritual grounding as they navigate the complexities of their recovery journey. Central to the program structure at The Blake House is the emphasis on self-exploration and self-compassion, drawing inspiration from the teachings of Matthew 22:39 where Jesus under- scores the significance of loving one's neighbor as oneself. Over the course of the 10-month program, residents embark on a profound journey of learning to receive love, extend grace to themselves, and nurture a deeper sense of self-worth and identity in Christ. The Journey of The Blake House: Honoring a Legacy of Love and Faith
I n 2011, following five years of dedicated service at No Longer Bound, Jason Wiley received a divine calling to extend God's work to West Georgia. As a response to this calling, NLB introduced No Lon- ger Bound West GA as a satellite campus in Bremen, Georgia, entrusting Jason and Blake Chapman to lead and oversee the program. Together with 14 men from the program, Jason and Blake embarked on a journey to West Georgia, witnessing unprecedented growth and impact that affirmed the need for a regeneration program in the region. Tragedy struck on November 12, 2013, as Blake Chapman peacefully passed away in his sleep, leaving behind a profound legacy of love and faith. Blake's unwavering devotion to God and his exceptional capacity for love set him apart as a saintly figure within NLB West GA. His ability to embody God's love and demonstrate it to others left an indelible mark on the hearts of those he touched. Despite the loss, Blake's spirit and teachings continued to resonate within the ministry, reminding all who knew him of the enduring power of love and grace. Blake's passing marked a significant shift in No Longer Bound's vision, transitioning from a multi-cam- pus model to a singular campus with strategic partner programs. This evolution paved the way for the birth of a new program, guided by Jason and his dedicated team. In honoring Blake's memory and legacy, the team deliberated on a fitting name for the program, eventually deciding to christen it as The Blake House—a living tribute to a man whose life exemplified God's love and power to bring forth life from death.
