Employment Opportunities: We understand that securing a stable job is crucial for moving out of homelessness. Our program offers access to a variety of employment opportunities, connecting veterans with potential employers who value their unique skills and experiences. Ongoing Case Management: Continuous support is vital to ensure long-term success. Our case management team works closely with each veteran, providing ongoing assessments, assistance, and encouragement as they navigate their journey from homelessness to sustainable living. Admission Criteria Our VIP program has specific admission criteria to ensure that we serve those most in need. Eligible veterans must meet the following requirements: -The individual must have served at least one day in active U.S. military service, as confirmed by a DD-214 form. -They must be discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. -Male veterans are required to be the legal, primary caregiver of dependent children under the age of 18. -The veteran must be at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness as defined by the -Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act (HEARTH). This includes veterans who are fleeing domestic violence or other life-threatening situations,

as well as those who have experienced homelessness within the previous 60 days or have been housed for 60 days or less.
