Through our comprehensive Career Development Program, we focus on enhancing and improving the quality of life for women ages 18 and older. With an emphasis on job readiness, education, and vocational training, our program is designed to equip women with the essential skills and support they need to thrive. Introducing Freedom Academy 2.0 One of the key components of our Career Development Program is Freedom Academy 2.0. This innovative program provides individual and group assessments tailored to evaluate women's readiness for educational pursuits, job training, and employment opportunities. Our goal is to assist participants in integrating successfully back into the community, empowering them to take charge of their futures. Through our variety of services, we ensure that every woman who walks through our doors has access to the resources necessary for self-sufficiency and success.
Services Offered 1. Literacy Programs:
We offer literacy courses designed to equip women with essential reading, writing, and comprehension skills. These programs are critical in providing a solid foundation for further education and employment opportunities. 2. Job Readiness Assessments: Our comprehensive assessments evaluate each participant’s skills, experiences, and aspirations. By understanding individual strengths and areas for improvement, we can tailor our approach to meet each woman’s unique needs. 3.
