Un nouveau membre à l’énergie capitale pour l’agence selon Juan Pablo et Jean-Christophe. La sy- nergie des trois esprits créatifs donne force et cohérence aux réalisations du studio Nocc. Leur fil rouge ? Créer des liens entre l’humain et son environne- ment, comme l’affirment les designers : « La façon de vivre des hommes aura un impact direct sur les objets qui nous en- tourent. Alors avant tout, nous analysons l’espace et la vie qui auront lieu en consé- quence de ces nouveaux objets. Tout ceci dans l’idée de renforcer les liens entre les humains et leur environnement. Nous ai- mons voir notre méthode de travail comme un processus similaire à la méthode scien- tifique (analyse, hypothèses, validation ou réfutation), même s’il n’y a pas forcément de données purement objectives à prou- ver. L’avantage est que cette façon de ré- fléchir s’adapte autant aux projets d’amé- nagement d’espace qu’au design d’objets ou à la création d’identités de marque. » Une quête de sens à travers l’espace et le mobilier qui a déjà séduit de beaux noms. Le studio Nocc s’est ainsi inspi- ré de la nature créatrice pour élaborer la carafe Minera, en collaboration avec Petite Friture. According to the designers, we must create links today between man and his environment: “How humans live will have a direct impact on the objects around us. So first we analyze the space and life experiences that will result from these new places or objects with an idea of reinforcing links between humans and their environment. Ultimately, we want to avoid the superfluous. Our work process is similar to scientific methods (analysis, hypothesis, validation or refutation) even if we don’t need to prove objective data.
