residences are meticulously designed to provide cli- ents with a safe, clean, and affordable living space within close proximity to public transportation and potential employment opportunities. By offering a supportive and structured environment, our sober houses serve as a sanctuary where clients find not only a sense of belonging and community but also an avenue to cultivate vital coping skills and foster a commitment to sober living practices. Central to the ethos of our sober living program is the cultivation of structure, support, and account- ability for our clients. House rules are established to promote order and consistency, while regular house meetings create a platform for open communica- tion and collaboration among residents. Addition- ally, clients are encouraged to engage in sober sup- port programs that offer guidance, encouragement, and camaraderie on their journey towards lasting recovery. At Right Turn Impact, recognizing and addressing this vulnerability is paramount, making the planning of a client's transition to the next phase of their recovery a cornerstone of our treatment approach. The Transi- tion Plan, a pivotal roadmap designed to guide clients through this crucial period, is meticulously crafted based on the insights gleaned from the client's initial assessment, which sheds light on their risk factors, needs, and progress observed during treatment. Collaboration lies at the heart of effective transition planning at Right Turn Impact. The client's counselor, in collaboration with the Clinical Director and other esteemed members of the treatment team, collectively provide expertise and insights to formulate tailored recommendations for the cli- ent's post-discharge journey. These recommendations encompass a diverse array of transition op- tions aimed at fortifying the client's resilience and laying a robust foundation for continued recovery.
