A t Stepping Stones to Recovery, the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) stands as a cornerstone of support and healing for individuals seeking to rebuild their lives and mend vital family connec- tions through outpatient recovery. The IOP model is designed to establish a strong foundation for long-term recovery within the local community while allowing individuals to maintain their inde- pendence in their work and home life. Led by experienced licensed clinicians and certified addiction counselors, our intensive outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offers evidence-based treat- ment tailored to each individual's unique needs and preferences. During their time in the IOP, individuals benefit from a personalized care plan that takes into ac- count their personal circumstances, ensuring a tailored approach to their recovery journey. Group sessions are conducted twice daily, in the mornings and evenings, five days a week for six weeks, ca- tering to diverse work schedules and commitments. Following the initial program, clients seamlessly transition into a one-year aftercare program at no additional cost, providing ongoing support and guidance as they navigate their recovery. Throughout the intensive outpatient treatment, clients acquire a range of essential recovery skills to support their journey towards lasting sobriety and well-being. These skills include coping strategies for alcohol and drug cravings, managing co-occurring conditions like depression and anxiety, en- hancing communication and relationships, building trust, stress management techniques, identify- ing triggers, decision-making skills, improving self-esteem, medication education, overall health and wellness enhancement, relapse prevention strategies, and more.
