A cashier’s check made payable to yourself for $5,000 is required to register to bid. At the conclusion of the aucƟon the winning bidder presents the aucƟoneer with the $5,000 cashier’s check (your down payment) and signs the contract.

The seller pays the transfer tax, Ɵtle insurance, and warranty deed preparaƟon.

In addiƟon to the bid price your cost are: A ten percent buyers premium, Ɵtle company closing fee, recording fee, city inspecƟon, and property tax proraƟon.
