MIGHT and The Chartered Institute Logistics and Transport (CILTM) organised a webinar on Smart Mobility Towards Sustainability Growth which was attended by over 120 smart city stakeholders. The Webinar focused on the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Growth (SDG) agenda which touches every facet of our lives– now and in the future. As tools to achieve SDGs, it is critical that technologies serve the purpose and needs of the society, economy and the environment. This paradigm of “technologies for society” is very pertinent in the context of mobility as it empowers individuals to realise equitable, quality living regardless of age, gender, income group and physical ability. The webinar deliberated on how smart mobility utilises technologies to accomplish sustainable growth for cities, communities, and individuals.
The Smart Grid Virtual Run 2021 (SGVR2021) was held for a month from 15th July 2021 till 15th August 2021 via Strava Apps. The main objective of this event is to promote and highlight the SG project despite the MCO 3.0 situation. It's an excellent opportunity for creating awareness of the Smart Grid Demonstration Project in Melaka.
