WORK AND THE NEW NORMAL

While the COVID-19 pandemic altered many aspects of life and work it unveiled working arrangements and productivity improvements that would have otherwise been left unexplored. As restrictions due to the pandemic are lifted companies continue to examine alternative arrangements including hybrid, with widespread impact on the adoption of AI, Robotics, Cloud Computing and IoT. A shift to new modes of operating requires reskilling, an examination of technical and infrastructure requisites and a mindset shift regarding conduct and deliverables which takes on a dierent meaning when work is conducted in cyberspace. Throughout 2021 MIGHT continue to invest in many aspects of human development to improve employee experience and productivity, as well as ensure readiness for a new normal.
