TOWN HALL & ‘BACK TO OFFICE’
A series of Microsoft O ce training was organised on the use of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to improve and sustain high productivity crucial to long-term success. Professional training in these platforms significantly increases work e ciency and confidence. A well-known Microsoft O ce trainer Saiful Rizal Bin Lamit imparted knowledge on Microsoft Excel Tips & Tricks and Microsoft Word Advanced. Sta members gained skills necessary to use Excel’s features such as pivot tables, audit and analyse worksheet data, utilise data tools, collaborate with others, and create and manage macros. Microsoft Word training allows sta to create text documents, edit and format existing documents and make text documents interactive. A session on “Putting Power to your PowerPoint” was held on 30 September 2021. The training gave the sta a whole new perspective on the creation of powerful and impactful presentations

When a physical engagement prove near impossible, a hybrid meeting is the solution to share information and to engage with an otherwise largely physically absent team. This prove to be a great platform for maintaining a common goal and aspiration and to be always in line with the greater aim and aspiration of the company. These are also avenue to educate and maintain communication channels for highlighting any concerns. As the economy opened and some semblance of normalcy returned, a “Back to O ce Programme” on 29 October 2021 with only 50% of attendees physically allowed on MIGHT’s premise. The programme aims to encourage strict adherence to established SOPs as sta members slowly make their way back to the o ce.
