This organisational development learning is based on the principles of ‘7 Habits of Highly Eective People. This highly experiential training provides the tips and hands-on experience for the participants to strive towards transformational results by increasing engagement among peers and colleagues, with the essential work attributes to enhance work performance, as an eective executive. Better yet, it also equips the sta with higher self-confidence and skills they need to thrive in the ever-changing work and social environment. On 7 October 2021, a session on “Presenting with Impact and Purpose” by James Leow. Eective presentation skills are vital as those who cannot speak well will not be able to persuade others into action. Speaking to two or more people requires a high level of listening skills, verbal adroitness, and simplicity, peppered with subtle sophistication, creativity, and interpersonal skills. The trainer emphasises that presentation structure and communication style are key pillars in delivering high impact presentations. Another session on “Eective Communication” was conducted on 13 October 2021 by Ms. Fakitah Binti Mat Kasa, a reputable speakers in the local human capital development domain. The main objective is to develop eective communications within the organisation to enable communicate eectively with peers and subordinates by applying the correct skills in communication and discard unhealthy communication practices.
