She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Saint Augustine’s University, a Master of Urban Studies degree from Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA), and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy from Clark Atlanta University (Atlanta, GA), where she also serves as an adjunct professor in the College of Education. She also holds certification from Harvard University School of Divinity’s Institute for Case Teaching. Dr. Lumpkin is an outcome-driven administrator and celebrated student-centered professional. She has been at the forefront of developing learner-centered programming aimed at equipping budding scholars for success in the global marketplace.
