Capital Logistics Center, a six-building, class A, 1.55 million s/f industrial complex that is situated on more than 100 acres. In addition to 400 Capital Ln., the venture also recently completed capital improve- ments at 200 Capital Ln., the largest building in the complex. Earlier this year, this build- ing was awarded LEED Silver building certification for its efficient use of resources and its commitment to sustain- ability. The building has also been outfitted with 3,000 s/f of move-in ready office space. Estes Express Lines, a full- service freight transportation provider, was represented by Patrick Lafferty of the CBRE Harrisburg office, while WIP and AEWwere rep- resented by Michael Hess , also of the CBRE Harrisburg office.
