Editing It would be great if you could step back for a day before editing your text. This will help you to look at it with fresh eyes. When you’re ready to start editing, convert your book into PDF or print it out and carefully read it, preferably out loud. This way, it will be easier for you to see what needs changing. You should always look out for repetitive ideas or incomplete information. Also, make sure your introduction, main body, and conclusion have structural integrity. Don’t correct spelling or grammatical errors yet, check if your ebook works well stylistically: it should get your ideas and knowledge across to your readers in a clear and compelling way. Reviewing the details Now is the time to carefully go over each sentence and edit out spelling mistakes, tautologies, and wordiness. Use tools like Grammarly or Hemingway to find and correct errors. Then do the final review of the text: print out and read it again.
