D rew Wylie Building Services (DWBS) refurbished and installed access flooring to ‘The Vantage’ office building at Great Victoria Street, Belfast. DWBS refurbished approximately 80% of the floors in the existing building and supplied and installed new raised access floors into two existing floors and two new floors on the upper levels. For DWBS – the sole approved NI dealer for Kingspan’s range of access flooring products – this was a return visit, having installed the existing Kingspan raised access flooring over 30 years previously. Commenting on the project, Drew Wylie said, “This project once again demonstrates the fact that Kingspan flooring system is still at the forefront in the marketplace. It’s the floor of choice for virtually all of the architects and specifiers in this part of the world. We’ve
