Materials:
- 30-day calendar. - Black marker. - Black pen. - List of daily habits to place on the calendar.
Directions:
For each day, write out your schedule and how much time you need for each new habit.

DAY 1:
7:00 to 7:05 am: Brush teeth. 7:05 am to 7:20 am: Take a shower (put on deodorant when you get out of the shower/bath, put on nice clean clothes). 7:20 am to 7:25 am: Brush hair (look in the mirror, say 5 good things about yourself). 7:25 am to 7:55 am: Eat a healthy breakfast (wash hands before eating, whole grain toast, cup of milk, fruit). 7:55 am to 2:55 pm: School time. 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm: Relax. 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm: Read a book you choose for the week. 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm: Do homework. 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm: Play your favorite sport outside. 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm: Take a shower. 7:00 pm to 7:05 pm: Wash hands for dinner. 7:05 pm to 7:50 pm: Eat a healthy dinner (chicken breast, broccoli, whole grain rice with a cup of milk). 7:50 pm to 8:00 pm: Get ready for bed. 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm: Read your favorite book. 8:30 pm to 6:50 am: Sleep.
