I am here now to tell you about Nickel Support. I visit their centre in Carshalton every Monday. It has been a good place to go. I find joy whenever I visit as are many activities you can do. But for me, my best two things I love to do at Nickel Support is the dancing class and recycling…
Creating opportunities
These are parts of a cupboard or a chest drawer. My job is sand them and paint them.
There are many opportunities for learners with additional needs in Sutton. Sutton College has many courses to choose from and there are other places too. Here is one example from another organisation.
Sutton College is starting a new Sustainability Course from September 2025. The course will be recycling, up-cycling and selling items in an online shop.
