USER GUIDE
STEP 1: PUT ON THE BOOTS Find a comfortable, seated position. Ensure your feet are all the way to the end of the boots.
Zip them up snuggly, but not uncomfortably tight, all the way to your hips. For best results, wear thin clothing or compression sleeves under the boots.
STEP 2: CONNECT THE HOSES & TURN ON THE UNIT Connect the hoses from each boot to the corresponding outlets on the control unit. You will hear a click when they are securely connected. Plug the power supply into an outlet and then into the control unit. Press the power button to turn the device on. STEP 3: SET YOUR SESSION Select the correct attachment. Set the desired time (20 - 60 minutes is typical). Choose a pressure level. New users should start with a lower level (1-3) and increase as comfortable. Higher settings (5-7) can be used as you get accustomed. Press “Start” to begin the compression cycle. STEP 4: RELAX & RECOVER Lean back and relax while the boots work. Elevating your legs can enhance the recovery effect. The boots will inflate in a pattern, starting at your feet and moving up your legs, and will deflate and re-inflate during the cycle.
STEP 5: END THE SESSION When the session is complete, the boots with automatically deflate. Wait until they are completely deflated before unzipping. Press the power button to turn the unit off and disconnect the hoses.
Carefully unzip the boots and remove them. Remember to hydrate after your session.
