Mark is an experienced business leader, having formerly been a director at Lloyds and Barclays for over 20 years.
A passionate deliverer of customer service across many disciplines, including business banking, corporate, general insurance and branch-based banking, Mark holds diplomas in banking, marketing and company direction from the Institute of Directors. He has led on Contact Centre boards, Bristol Bedminster business improvement district, franchising boards and presently is on the South West Business in the Community board. Mark is married to Debra with three grown up daughters. His interests include music (plays in a band), travel (visits Ukraine on poverty missions and sport) and has just toured Spain with the Bristol over 50s football team.
