Introduction
It is the philosophy of the Desert Mountain Special Education Local Plan Area (DMSELPA) that individual students with exceptional needs be provided a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). This philosophy is in accordance with state and federal mandates.
