• Willems sold 2610 Westview Dr., a 10,000 +/- s/f medical office building, in Wyomissing to the Reading Health System. • Willems has leased 22,500 s/f of industrial flex space in the Muhlenberg Industrial Mall in Reading to Priority Express. • Willems leased 75,000 s/f of industrial space in the Stone- pointe Corporate Center to GK Elite, a premier manufacturer of sports apparel. In a separate announcement, NAI Keystone’s Steve Haver and Kyle McKechnie recently sold the Blandon Shopping Center located at 8472 Allen-
town Pike in Blandon as the conclusion of a receivership and property management assign- ment for C-III Asset Manage- ment of Dallas, TX. Haver represented the seller while McKechnie represented the buyer. Haver also handled leasing for the center where he was successful in bringing Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. into the vacant 11,524 s/f anchor space for a 10-year term, plus options. The shopping center sold for $900,000, and redevelopment of the former Super Duper and Rita’s space is anticipated un- der the new ownership. n
