ardley , PA and Princeton, NJ — Colliers Internation- al Philadelphia and Colliers International Princeton have leased 3,400 s/f of office space to Intraprise, a provider of advisory services and software engineering solutions, at the Tannery. The relocation is a re- sult of the company’s desire to provide a vibrant work environ- ment for employees to innovate and collaborate. “Location and character were important factors as we con- sidered where to relocate our business headquarters,” said
