hiladelphia, PA — Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has com- pleted the $1.5 million land sale of 7777 State Rd. in Phila- delphia. Located along the State Rd. industrial corridor, the 13± acre site is adjacent to the Delaware River, and is between the Cottman Ave. and Academy Rd. interchanges of I-95.
