CHAPTER X - PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE
Section 10.01. Publication in Book Form. In lieu of other publications, this Ordinance shall be published in book or pamphlet form and on the District’s website, and when so published, shall become effective with the same force and effect as if otherwise published. Such book, pamphlet, or website page shall be received as conclusive evidence of the passage and legal publication of this Ordinance in all courts and other places without further proof of the passage and publication of this Ordinance. Section 10.02. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten (10) days after the date of its passage, approval, and publication in book or pamphlet form as provided for herein.
