What’s inside? • Welcome • Cultivate Authenticity • Champion Personal & Career Development • Aspire & Recognize Excellence • Genentech Gives Back • Rising & Shining Stars • Family Album & Team Photos

Coming off of my vacation in Northern Michigan with family and friends, it is hard to imagine we are more than half way through 2015! As you read the 2 nd C&V newsletter for 2015, I think we can all agree that it has been a productive 1H of the year. A productive 6 months that has benefited our customers TODAY and more importantly, our patients TOMORROW as they start and stay on our innovative therapies. TOGETHER we saw our very own stick figure master, Jeremy T, win FRM OTY, a number of promotions within the team and also to other positions within the organization all while prepping our team and our customers for ICD10. Let’s not forget about a number of other happenings such as the Decision Making Initiative, Diversity and Inclusion and our annual Genentech Gives Back Week. While I wasn’t able to attend any Give Back events live, I did Give Back through the Genentech Volunteers Online portal. This is a great way to help charitable organizations from the comfort of your desk chair, your spot on the beach, the fire pit or wherever you may be. Read on for more updates and summaries from members of our RFRM team and the C&V team. – B R I A N, RFRM C&V Project Lead
