been with the company for 8 years. I joined the company in JIB accounting and moved to the land department as a division order analyst 5 years ago. I earned my BA with a concentration in Business Finance from LCU in 2006 and my MBA from UTPB in 2020. I like to spend my free time traveling, cuddling with my bulldogs, and spending time with my family. I am looking forward to serving the PBADOA board as treasurer! Analyst\Land Tech, Unitex Oil & Gas, LLC Bennie has been working as a Senior Division Order Analyst/ Owner Relations/Land Tech for Unitex Oil & Gas, LLC for 3 years. She has 20 years’ experience as a Land Tech and 17 years as a Division Order Analyst. She has been in the Oil and Gas Industry for 36 years. In 2023 she served as the President on the PBADOA Board. She has been married to David Ross for 30 years, they have two sons and two wonderful daughters-in-law, four grandsons and are excited to welcome a new addition to their family this summer. Information Technology/Publicity Director: Christi Giroir: Royalty Manager, Montego Minerals Christi is a native of Beaumont Texas. Christi moved to Midland in 2012 with extensive financial experience in the oil and gas industry through working at Exxon Mobil and several oil refineries. She came to Montego Minerals from Baker Hughes as a Financial Analyst and worked in the Accounting Department. In 2016, she moved to the land department and has been Royalty Manager at Montego since 2018. During her time with Montego, she earned her Division Order Management and Land Management certificates from Midland College. Her passions include Church, her family, charities and health. On February 21, we held our first joint luncheon with PALTA at the Bush Convention Center. William Keffer the Director of the Energy Law Programs at Texas Tech presented on “Some Basics on CO2 Storage and Geothermal”. Mr. Keffer always provides us with great information. President ~ Crystal Chapin In the Oil & Gas industry for 16 years, Crystal is currently at Sage Natural Resources in the role of Owner Relations Supervisor. She has also been with Newfield Exploration, Samson, and Citgo Petroleum. Crystal has obtained certifications in Professional Land Management, Field Landman, Division Order Analyst, Land Technician, and Lease/Title Analyst from
the University of Houston. A member of NADOA and SADOA since 2012, she has served SADOA as the 2nd Vice President and NADOA Liaison. Crystal is an active volunteer in her local community, serving as a Chairman of the Catoosa Planning Commission and a member of the Catoosa Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee. Raised in Tulsa, Crystal and her husband celebrated their 40th anniversary in January, and have two grown sons and three grandchildren. They have been owner/operators of Sooner Neon, an electrical sign service and neon manufacturing company, since 1984. They love to vacation and travel with family and friends. First Vice President ~ Monica Puckett Monica has a Business Management degree from Oklahoma State University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Tulsa. She is currently a Division Order Supervisor at Emmaus Energy LLC. She has been at Emmaus Energy for two years now. Previously she worked at Whirlpool as a Project & Process Engineer, and then at Ford Glass Plant as a Glass Packaging Engineer. Next, she was at American Airlines as a Senior Compliance Engineer where she retired in 2019. She has been a member of SADOA and NADOA for one year now. Monica has been married to Jeff Puckett for 27 years. They have two daughters, Cady and Darby. Cady is married and moving to Guam this spring, while Darby will be graduating from the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center in the Ultrasound and Radiology program in May. In their spare time Monica and Jeff enjoy sporting events and spending
