Director ~ Kathy Howell Kathy currently works for The Matilda H. Rummage Trust as the Account Manager. Her duties include setting up and maintaining files on the Trust’s Mineral properties. Many years ago, she earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Rogers University and is currently working toward Division Order Analyst Certification through Midland College. Prior to an extended absence from the workplace to care for elders, she held management positions in Hospitality, Housing and Finance. Kathy has two children and four wonderful grandkids. In her free time, she enjoys music and being outdoors. Board Advisor ~ Jamie Meyer Jamie is currently a Senior Commercial Contract Analyst working for Williams Companies. Prior to coming to Williams, she was a Division Order Analyst for six (6) years and has experience in joint interest billing and upstream marketing. This is Jamie’s 6th year serving on the SADOA Board of Directors and she enjoys giving back to the industry that has given her so much. She and her husband, Aaron, have been married for fourteen (14) years, and they have two (2) children: Hayden ten (10) and Penelope seven (7). In her free time (HA!), when she is not refereeing Nerf battles, she enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu, watching Netflix (a tad too much), and cooking healthy vegan meals! Board Advisor ~ Jamie Donohue Jamie has 33 years of Oil and Gas experience. She started her career with Amoco as a Division Order Analyst working properties in Baton Rouge Parish in Louisiana and New Mexico’s San Juan Basin. Today she works as an IT Functional Consultant for ConocoPhillips. Jamie and her husband, Ron, have been married for 14 years, and live on a 20-acre spread in Coweta, OK. They have a soon to be 13- year- old daughter, Katie, whose trusty companion is a miniature red poodle named Rosie. Aside from keeping up with their daughter’s ever-growing list of activities, Jamie and her family enjoy gardening and traveling. Last summer, they traveled to Wyoming where they went white water rafting in the Tetons; saw Old Faithful erupt in Yellowstone National Park; and watched bull riding in Cody. NADOA Liaison ~ Cyndi Price Cyndi has been working as a Division Order/Title Analyst at Enerlex, Inc. for the past 14 years. She is an empty nester with two children, two bonus children and four grandchildren. Previously she served on the SADOA Board as 2018 & 2019 2nd Vice President, 2020 Treasurer, 2021 President and 2022 & 2023 Board Advisor. She looks forward to getting involved with the NADOA Board this year and for years to come! In her free time, she enjoys lazy movie days with her husband Phillip and traveling with family and friends. Second Vice President ~ Victoria Frey Victoria is currently a Division Order Supervisor at Vital Energy in Tulsa, OK. In May 2013, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma with Energy Management and International Business degrees and began her career in Land Administration with BHP Billiton in Houston, TX, where she learned the ins and outs of the oil and gas industry. After nearly five years with BHP Billiton, she joined the Black Stone Minerals team where she learned the mineral side of the industry. She enjoys the inherent challenges of the Division Order position and is eager to continually learn and become more involved in the industry. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, horseback riding and snowboarding. Treasurer ~ Kelli Rardin Kelli started working in oil and gas at Vintage Petroleum Inc. in 2000 as a Revenue Administrative Assistant. In 2004, she started working at Vintage Petroleum Inc. as a Division Order Assistant and shortly after, became a Junior Division Order Analyst. In 2006, Kelli went to work at IBM supporting BP America as a Division Order Associate. In 2011, Kelli went to IBM supporting Marathon Oil Company as a Division Order Associate. In 2018, she went to work at Chisholm Oil and Gas Operating LLC as a Division Order Analyst and then went to Kaiser-Francis Oil Company in 2021, where she is currently working as a Division Order Analyst. In her free time, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, her 4 cats and 1 dog, and streaming her favorite TV shows. Secretary ~ Andrew F. Reo, Jr. Drew is a Senior Division Order Analyst at Sanguine Gas Exploration. Prior to Sanguine, he worked as an analyst at EAG, SpringPoint Technologies, Casillas Petroleum Resource Partners, IBM, Bravo Arcoma and Newfield Exploration. Early in his professional career, he also spent time as a Business Performance Management Analyst at Newfield. He loves spending his spare time outdoors, traveling and hanging out with his amazing family! Drew and his wife Ann met while attending Oklahoma State University. They have a four-year-old boy and six-year-old girl. A couple fun facts about him: he competed as an archer in the Junior Olympics and wrestled on the Oklahoma State National Team in Freestyle and Greco-Roman. Director ~ Judy K. Smith Judy has been in the industry for 29 years, starting as a Division Order File Clerk at Associated Natural Gas and stuck around through many name changes and mergers and after 21 years moved on from DCP Midstream and jumped over to the E&P side at IBM. After a short year and a half and learning so much about the business she was offered an opportunity at ONEOK Field Services LLC, where she is currently the Manager of Division Orders and Revenue Disbursements. This department handles all new well set ups and changes, monthly revenue payments to producers and royalty owners, unclaimed property, and remittance of monthly revenue taxes. She is very proud of what her small group can put out in a month’s time! She is a lifelong Tulsa native, graduated high school from Broken Arrow and graduated college from
