PCA ROUND-UP
• FEATURED: DUNBARTON BOOTH - COURTESY OF DAVE LAFFERTY
from a Montecristo cigar and more. It was an exquisite smoke. The cost of a box of 20 cigars is pretty expensive, but the box has a beautiful piano finish and doubles as a humidor which is pretty cool. Another stop on the show floor was made to the Dunbarton booth, where they were holding drawings for luxury watch prizes for qualified show floor orders. Unfortunately, we didn’t win. However, our visit to the booth was still a big win for JR and me, as I walked away with a new favorite cigar, the Umbagog Bronzeback. This cigar checks all the boxes,
including its low price point. This cigar was so good and the demand for orders so high, I'm very glad we placed our order early in the day. A few booths over was E.P. Carrillo, which I was excited to visit after hearing about the release of their new Essence series. While sitting in their comfy red chairs and catching up on some business, I was given the E.P. Maduro to try. Incredibly smooth, clean draw, and full of awesomeness, this was another cigar added to my list. The Maduro, one of six different wrappers used for E.P., is being released later this year.
