The provincial government announced on June 7 that it is investing $5.3 million in support of expansion plans for St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School in Russell, Ontario. The expansion at St. Thomas Aquinas, which is located at 1211 S Russell Road in Russell, is creating 230 new students spaces.
