Employment Services Centre of Prescott-Russell (CSEPR) has relocated to be in the same building of Valoris for Children and Adults of Prescott-Russell and expand its services to residents of Russell, Embrun, Casselman, Vars, Limoges and eastern Ottawa. As of Feb. 22, CSEPR have opened their new doors to English and French speaking clients of the region. The new space allows customers to receive the full range of employ- ment services, including access to a new resource center for their job search.

More than a year out from the scheduled federal election, polling data analysis is predicting a heavy Conservative victory in the Glengarry-Prescott-Russell federal riding, potentially swinging the historical Liberal stronghold back to the Tories after eight. While a federal election isn’t scheduled to take place until the fall of 2025, one model is predicting that the federal riding of Glengarry-Prescott-Russell will see a new Conservative elected representative after next year’s election.
