First job out of college: CoStar Group – As a research analyst covering the Washington D.C. Market, I tracked some of the largest trades across the region and immediately fell in love with commercial real estate deals. First job in real estate or allied field: CoStar Group What do you do now, and what are you planning for the future? I am a commercial mortgage banker/broker focusing on all commercial property types and investment profiles. I introduce investors to various segments of the capital spectrum that they might not have access to on their own. I plan on growing Largo Capital’s Philadelphia office into the region’s leading capital intermediary. Hobbies: Cycling,golf,cartography,andallthingsPhiladelphiaProfessionalSports. Favorite books: Player Piano by Kurt Vonnegut, and Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. Favorite Movie: Every Rocky except the fifth one, not sure what hap- pened there… Person you most admire (outside of family): 1. J. Brian O’Neill, CEO of O’Neill Properties, who taught me the art of making a real estate deal amidst incessant adversity. 2. Richard Heany, Executive Vice President of O’Neill Properties, for instilling uncompromising discipline into my approach towards effectuating a commercial real estate transaction. 3. Joseph Rocco, Partner at Campbell Rocco Law, for teachingme how to think and act like an entrepreneur. Key to your success: Commercial Real Estate, like most businesses, is all about relationships. If you view a relationship as a one-time money grab, that’s all it will amount to. By fostering, nurturing and protecting one’s relationships, the individual earns a perpetual stream of satisfac- tion and success. If you were forced to choose another voation what would it be? Cardiologist, just like my dad.

It was called White Beach Condominiums and Marina, and was in Bronx, NY. He had bought it in bankruptcy and managed to get a bank loan for 7 million to develop it, finishing it before he turned 23. What do you do now? I am a lender who lends to fellow builder’s folks who banks can’t lend to for some reason. Favorite book: I started two books, but did not finish them. I read four newspapers a day. I do recommend to anyone in commercial real estate, the book; Zeckendorf , and the book The Power Broker about Robert Moses, who planned development of NYC. Hobbies: Boating, skiing, playing rhythm guitar; my musical claim to fame is to have played with Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead. Hemarriedme andmy wife last summer in front of 80,000 people. Favorite Movie: Rocky-All of them. Person you most admire: If I named 5, I would be slighting 50. I havehadsomanypeople inmy lifehelpmeand I admire themall. Key to your success: The harder you work the luckier you get, the smarter you work the richer you get, the more you give back, the moreyouget back. I liveby these threemottos andseveral others. If you were forced to choose another vocation what would it be? A Rock star who ended all wars, stopped all violence, cured all diseases, eliminated poverty, homelessness hunger, and ended all prejudice. Ya that would be cool!
