BENTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Karen Boback , the Repre- sentative from the PAHouse for the 117th District, toured the new Crystal Window & Door Systems production facility in Benton Township, Lackawanna County. Crystal Windows is a national manufacturer of vinyl and aluminum frame windows and their Northeast PA factory, only a little over two years old, is one of the newest and fastest growing industrial facilities in Boback’s district. Additionally, he will serve as a mentor to Warfel’s Account Executives while expand- ing the company’s brand. A graduate of Penn State Uni- versity, Cappelletti joined Warfel in 2010 as an Ac- count Executive. Through his efforts, the company has gained many new clients for life in Eastern PA and New Jersey. Notable among these Clients for Life is Cabrini College in Radnor, PA where we recently completed a new athletic and recreation pavilion. Cappelletti is a boardmem- ber of Habitat for Humanity of Chester County, a board member of the South East- ern Economic Development Company of Pennsylvania (Seedcopa), serves as Chair- man of the Facilities Com- mittee at St. Monica Church in Berwyn, and is a member of the Long-Range Planning Committee at Chester Valley Golf Club. Cappelletti lives in Ber- wyn, Pennsylvania, with his wife Catherine. In other news, Warfel Construction Company an- nounced Jerry Seitzinger has joined Warfel as senior project manager. In his role, Seitzinger will be responsible for complete project over- sight, coordination, schedule, and budget on a variety of projects throughout Pennsyl- vania and the surrounding states. A graduate of the Univer- sity of Dayton, Seitzinger previously served as Senior Project Manager at Ara- mark Engineering Solutions, where his notable projects included a $10 million Stu- dent Center Renovation at Temple University, and a $6 million Methodist Hospital
