Instead, each department has designed its requireme nts co suit the particular demands of iL~ own discipline. Students with more than o ne major muse fulfill th e requirement in each major. The Writing Competency Requirement should be met during the junior year. 005 Leadership Mentorship Program (0) This two-semester program focuses on leadersh ip, charac ter develop­ ment and service. Participant, will be challenl,!;ed in a variety of ways by sma ll group me ntoring meet­ ings, a leadership retreat and semi­ nars. Grade is awarded on a credit/no credit basis.
