A maxi mum of six (6) units, ma y be taken b y a student in inderendenc stud y a nd /or ar ranged coursework during the scudent 's degree program. Professional Standards and Student Conduct The acade mi c program a t Rosemead is designed to prepare g raduates for li ce ns ur e (on the doctoral level) by the professional li ce nsin g boards of the various scares . Beca use of che rrofes­ sional nature of Rosemead's pro­ gram, st udents a re req uir ed co maintain th e standard s of the psy­ cho logica l profession as defined by the America n Psychological Association, the scare of Ca li forn ia and che rrofessional psychologists who compr is e Rosemead's fac­ ulty. Grad uate courses with grades of B or above at accredited inscirncions are considered as acceptab le on a transfer basis. Practicum credit in the amount eq ual co one Rose­ mead pract icum of three hours may be transferred by Psy .O. scu­ dencs aft er comrlecion of Rose­ mead's practicum prerequisites.
