Program Description The Organizational Leadership major is an undergraduate program of courses and learning projects for individuals who desire to develop skill in human relations and leadership. This is a preferred prog ram for adult students preparing for a wide range of management and leadership roles in profit and non-profit organizations. Degree Program A Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership is offered upon the completion of the university baccalaureate requirements and the Organizational Leadership major. They include the following:

Curriculum This major consists of 36 units, 24 of which must be upper division - 210,310, 330, 340, 350, 360, 370, 380,410, 430, 440, 450, 490.

A. Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 120 approved semester units for graduation .

e. Completion of the Organizational Leadership (36 units) major at Biola University.

ORLD courses used to fulfill GE requirements are not ap­ plied toward the upper division unit requirement in the major. ORLD 340 and 450 must be taken at Biola Univer­ sity.
