SnowJoe was founded in 2004 to design and manufac- ture its line of winter products before expanding to distribute a wide range of lawn and gar- den products. SnowJoe CEO Joseph Cohen said the com- pany often sees higher demand during winter storms and other weather-related emergencies. In addition to its new dis- tribution center in Mahwah, the company has a 120,000 s/f e-commerce distribution center at 305 Veterans Blvd. and a 33,000 s/f building at 100 Tri- angle Blvd., both in Carlstadt.
