Leases renewed in 135,800 s/f Fairfield office building Sheldon Gross Realty manages pair of Southern NJ transactions
AIRFIELD, NJ—Noth- ing testifies to the quali- ty of a commercial prop- e r t y mo r e than renewed leases – and the 135,800 s/f, mixed-use structure at 111 Lehigh Dr. in Fair- field recently recorded one renewal and one expanded renewal. In transactions managed by Sheldon Gross Realty senior vice president Robert Nathin , Allied Beverage renewed its lease at the one-story structure for 80,934 s/f of space, while Allstate Flooring expanded its lease to 12,678 s/f.
