ewistown, PA — Locally owned and op- erated Moove In Self Storage has expanded their portfolio into the Lewistown, PA market. They have ac- quired Steele’s Storage, located on Route 22 on the east end Lewistown, which is in Mifflin County. This property added more than 370 storage units and an additional 51,451 s/f of storage to the portfolio, which now stands at 22 locations through- out PA, MD and NJ, and is managed by Investment Real Estate Management, LLC . The property has excellent vis- ibility from Rtes. 322 and 22 with a traffic count of 20,000 vehicles daily. Steele’s Storage was built in 1984 and consists of elev- en buildings with traditional drive-up access and interior ac- cess storage units. The property sits on more than six acres of general commercial zoned land. Property improvements include security cameras, perimeter fencing, gate with electronic keypad entrance, asphalt drive- ways and on-site rental office.
