HILADELPHIA, PA — The View at Montgom- ery stands out among the best student housing communi- ties in the nation, thanks to feedback from its most critical audience: Its Temple University student residents. More than 85% of students use online reviews to search for an apartment, according to J Turner Research, which tracked more than 1,100 stu- dent housing developments na- tionwide across various review sites. The View ranked 16th among the country’s top 100 student housing properties for 2017 in the firm’s new quarterly student housing Online Reputa- tion Assessment (ORA) Power Rankings, and is the top prop- erty in the Philadelphia region. Developed by The Golden- berg Group and managed by Asset Campus Housing , which ranks as J Turner Re- search’s top management com- pany, The View at Montgomery has been fully occupied since opening in August 2014. “We designed every aspect of The View to both anticipate and exceed the needs of to- day’s college students, and our management partner works diligently to ensure that our highest standards are met on a daily basis,” said Kevin Trap- per , senior vice president for The Goldenberg Group. “We’re thrilled that our efforts have earned us satisfied, loyal resi- dents and great endorsements.” The amenities and comforts of the 832-bed student housing de- velopment surpass those avail- able in the nearby off-campus market. Students connect academical- ly in The View’s study lounges, and socially in the 14th floor Sky Lounge offering a floor- to-ceiling panoramic view of downtown Philadelphia’s sky- line. The building provides several 24-hour conveniences: computer and laptop lounges with printing capabilities, a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with Peloton bikes, and a 24-hour front desk con- cierge. Each unit is fully fur- nished in a contemporary style and includes full-size energy efficient appliances, garbage disposals, quartz countertops, flat screen HDTVs with pre- mium cable, 9-foot ceilings with operable windows.
