February’s previously owned condo closed sales, at 60, were 15% above last month and 71% higher than last year. There was 1.1 months of inventory in February, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The previously owned condo median sold price in February was $539,500, up 10% vs January but a 3% decrease from February 2020. The average sold price was $647,290 with an average PSF sales price of $545 (up 23% and 19%, respectively, vs January).
